If you or a family member have or had one of these pacemakers implanted, you may have a legitimate lawsuit against the manufacturer.
Manufacturers are bound by law to create a product that is reasonably safe and to inform users of potential risks. When they fail to meet this responsibility and you are injured, the manufacturer, distributor or retailer may be found liable for your expenses. These damages may include medical bills, lost wages, and compensation for pain and suffering.
The attorneys at Miller, Curtis & Weisbrod are a knowledgeable and experienced resource for you. They will help you gather the facts in your case, determine whether you have a legitimate lawsuit and help make negligent parties pay.
