Bill Newman is board certified as a Civil Appellate Specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has clerked at a Texas Court of Appeals. He has argued appeals in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Arizona, as well as in the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Tenth Circuits. He is committed both to the law and to the rights of personal injury victims. As part of the medical-legal team, Bill works to make certain that each case receives proper consideration by our justice system.
